US Orders
- Less than $140 - $5.95
- More than $140 - Free
International
- Rates start at $20 depending on order size and region
PROCESSING
All shipments are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase for in-stock products. Please contact us at robyn@robynbandele.com ASAP if you need to make any changes to your shipping information. Once your order ships, no changes can be made to the shipping address.
All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous United States for $5.95. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Hawai'i, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your country is not listed, please contact us at robyn@robynbandele.com to place an international order.
If you live outside the U.S., our shipment of products to you may be subject to customs duties, export or import taxes or other charges which are separate from the shipping charges and are your responsibility upon delivery. Please check your local customs authority’s website for more information. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer.
PRE-ORDERS
Shipping and delivery dates on pre-ordered items are estimates only. Pre-orders will ship as soon as possible once goods are landed. We will email you prior to shipping your order to provide a shipping date estimate and tracking information. All pre-order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.
