Domestic & International Returns
We hope you'll love your purchase! Please contact us at robyn@robynbandele.com if you have any questions of sizing prior to ordering so you can be assured of fit. We closely inspect all garments for size accuracy and manufacturing quality prior to shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order is eligible to be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. To be returned, all merchandise must be in an approved and saleable condition with all tags and original packaging. Garments must be free from all make-up, stains, and smells, and must not have been altered in any way. Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card and do not expire.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a store credit.
Please contact us at robyn@robynbandele.com to initiate a return. Your return will be processed within 5 days of when your return is received, most likely sooner.
Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to provide return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
